clean room tea bags selection amazing bath missing window missing handle noisy room
The room was very clean, and it was spacious. I found a large selection of coffee and tea bags. That was useful. The bathroom was clean. The bath was AMAZING.
Our room did not have windows in the main area. There was no handle on the front door. This made it difficult to close. The room was VERY noisy with footsteps and cars.

The staff was helpful and professional. The hotel provided convenient parking on the premises. The bathroom was very spacious and well-appointed. I found the room decor to be stylish and tasteful.
The absence of a lift in the building posed a slight inconvenience to accessing upper floors but was manageable.

missed cleaning initial promise
The hotel's location provided convenient access.
I encountered issues with the room cleaning. The cleaning staff initially said they would return to clean the room, but they did not. I had to request the room to be cleaned later. the experience did not fully align with the expectations set for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

The bed was super comfy. The breakfast selection included various options!!! The room was spacious and modern. I found several choices for teas and coffees in the room.
